COMMON QUESTIONS

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 2–3 weeks in advance for the best availability — but we can accommodate last-minute events too. Give us a call and we'll make it happen.
Do you travel outside Orange County?
Yes! We serve all of OC and greater Southern California including LA, Riverside, and San Diego. Travel fees may apply.
What's required to lock in my date?
A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance is due the day of the event.
Can I customize my package?
Absolutely. Every package is fully customizable — meats, extras, aguas frescas, and more. Just let us know when you request a quote.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. We offer vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-friendly options. Please mention allergies when booking so we can prepare safely.
How much prep time do you need?
We require a minimum of 1 hour prep and cook time. Larger events may need additional time — we'll discuss this when confirming your booking.
