COMMON QUESTIONS

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least 2–3 weeks in advance. Popular dates fill up fast — especially weekends.
Do you travel outside Orange County?
Yes! We serve all of OC and greater Southern California including LA, Riverside, and San Diego. Travel fees may apply.
What's required to lock in my date?
A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance is due the day of the event.
Can I customize my package?
Absolutely. Every package is fully customizable — meats, extras, aguas frescas, and more. Just let us know when you request a quote.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. We offer vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-friendly options. Please mention allergies when booking so we can prepare safely.
Is gratuity included?
An 18% gratuity charge is automatically added to all on-site catering orders. This covers our crew and service staff.
